Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks, NV is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse for our Medical/Telemetry Unit. This full-time role focuses on safe, compassionate care in a patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Nevada RN license, NLN-accredited RN education, and active BLS/ACLS credentials with 1 year (FT) or 3 years (PT) in acute care. Sign-on and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program (NLN approved).
• Current Nevada RN license.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year full-time or 3 years part-time experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, and diversity needs.
• Develop and implement the care plan; coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Create goals, treatment, and discharge plans tailored to patient/family needs.
