Texas Health Resources, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Medical Surgical Telemetry at our Plano facility. This full-time night position supports a 22-bed unit with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio and PCT assist. Weekend and holiday coverage are required on a night shift.

Experience as preceptor or charge nurse is highly preferred. Work location is Texas Health Plano, 6200 W. Parker, Plano, TX 75093.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 22-bed Medical Surgical Telemetry unit.
• Maintain 1:5 RN:patient ratio with PCT support.
