Jersey City Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Medical-Surgical Unit-I on a night shift. The role requires an active NJ RN license or equivalent with BLS and ACLS within 6 months of hire, and a BSN is preferred.

The successful candidate will provide compassionate nursing care, coordinate with physicians and care teams, and ensure patient safety and quality outcomes on a fast-paced unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and demonstrated writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical staff.
• Adhere to the New Jersey State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Deliver age-appropriate care on the Medical-Surgical Unit-I.
