Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center - Collier campus in Naples, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med Surg during the Night shift. The RN provides patient-centered care, coordinates with the care team, administers medications, and educates patients and families. Various clinical units are included with opportunities to participate in performance improvements and emergency response activities. A student loan contribution of up to $20k and comprehensive benefits are available for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• ADN or higher nursing degree
• CPR certification and ongoing education

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Document assessments and changes in patient condition in real time.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Assist physicians during procedures and support care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR and code events.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and discharge plans.
• Maintain infection control and monitor equipment safety.
• Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives
