Job summary

Monmouth Medical Center is actively seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical Unit III on the night shift. The RN will deliver nursing care within scope, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.

Requirements include ASN or Nursing Diploma, NJ RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 1–2 years in a specialty. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with proficient computer literacy.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Active NJ RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice and ensure patient safety.
• Report safety issues and medical errors promptly.
• Know the patient population served and collaborate with the care team.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to team members.
• Set and evaluate priorities with measurable outcomes toward improvement.
