RWJBarnabas Health's Monmouth Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Night shift on the Medical & Surgical X unit. The role provides nursing care across the care continuum, ensuring patient safety and adherence to regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate holds an ASN or Nursing Diploma with 1–2 years of specialty experience, strong communication, and proficient computer skills. BLS/ACLS, NJ RN license, and a valid NJ driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in specialty preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following the Nurse Practice Act and ANA ethics.
• Report safety issues and environmental hazards.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks within the care team.
• Collaborate with other care providers to set and evaluate priorities.
