Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a specialty.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Must possess and maintain a valid N.J. State Driver’s License.
• Preferred: BSN/BA degree.
• Preferred: NLN accredited school clinical experience.
• Preferred: National Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Report safety issues and hazardous environments.
• Know the patient population served.
• Supervise and direct the delegation of tasks to appropriate team members.
