Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit at Highland Park Hospital. This part-time night shift (7pm-7:30am) with rotating weekends offers 24 hours per week and a base hourly rate that will be adjusted after onboarding.

The role emphasizes safe, compassionate nursing care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should hold an IL RN license, NLN-accredited nursing education, and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in Illinois (IL).
• NLN-accredited school of nursing; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Prior nursing experience preferred; CNA experience acceptable for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care for patients on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering care.
• Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
