Endeavor Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit at Highland Park Hospital in Highland Park, IL. This full-time night shift (7pm-7:30am) with rotating weekends offers 36 hours per week and a competitive hourly pay range.

You will provide compassionate nursing care, apply the nursing process, supervise unlicensed personnel, and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and a safe, high-quality experience.

Qualifications

Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
BSN strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Provide safe, effective nursing care for patients on a specific unit
Use the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
Contribute to safety and high quality patient experience
