Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical Surgical Telemetry at Highland Park Hospital on a night shift (7pm-7:30am) with rotating weekends. Part-time (24 hours).

You will provide safe, effective nursing care, use the nursing process, supervise unlicensed staff, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and patient experience. IL licensure required; NLN-accredited program; BSN preferred; BLS/CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in IL required.
• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required for healthcare providers.
• Prior nursing experience on a medical-surgical unit or CNA experience for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care for patients on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
• Apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Supervise and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
