Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical Telemetry, for the night shift at Highland Park Hospital. You will provide safe, compassionate nursing care, using the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care.

You will guide and direct unlicensed personnel, collaborate with the healthcare team, and work to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• NLN-accredited nursing program graduate
• BSN strongly preferred
• BLS/CPR Certification for Healthcare Provider required
• Nursing experience or CNA preferred for new graduates

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience
