Lower Bucks Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide safe patient care in the Med/Surg/Telemetry Unit. You will conduct assessments, plan and implement care, and collaborate with physicians to respond to changing conditions during nights.

Ideal candidates hold a current state RN license, BLS, ACLS within hire timeframe, and prefer BSN. Acute care experience and ventilator management skills are advantageous in this fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsabilités

• The Registered Nurse delivers safe patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice and guides patient/family teaching.
• Communicates with physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition, including cardiac monitoring and diagnostic results.
• Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.
