Job summary

Requires ADN/BSN/MSN, 2 years of RN experience, VA RN license and CPR/BLS. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document per RHS standards to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, or MSN Education (Required).
• 2 years of clinical Registered Nurse experience (Required).
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia (Required).
• CPR/BLS Certification (Required).

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient clinical and psychosocial needs and develops a plan of care.
• Partners with patients and families to implement and evaluate plans of care.
• Maintains accurate and complete clinical and quality documentation per RHS standards.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educates patients and families and facilitates safe transitions to the next care setting.
