Riverside Health System in Newport News, VA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in the Critical Care/Telemetry units. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and Director, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, evidence-based practice, and the ability to educate patients and families.

Competenze

• Education 2 years clinical Registered Nurse (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse licensure in Virginia (Required).
• CPR/BLS certification (Required).

Mansioni

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs and develop plan of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families; document education and discharge plans.
• Demonstrate ability to delegate and prioritize tasks to ensure quality care.
