Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the state of Ohio in good standing.
• BSN degree required within 5 years of employment.
• Valid BLS certification and ongoing competency.

Responsibilities

• Assess/diagnose and evaluate patient health status across care continuum.
• Plan outcomes and document interventions aligned to diagnoses.
• Implement care plans and re-evaluate responses with the team.
• Lead process improvements to improve quality and satisfaction.
• Oversee operations within the assigned medical unit.
