Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and provides safe, quality care using the nursing process.
• Assesses physical conditions, skin integrity, pain, fall risk, medications, and discharge needs.
• Develops and implements Plan of Care on admission with assessment data.
• Educates patient and family on care plans.
• Evaluates patient responses to interventions and adjusts as needed.
• Demonstrates leadership and assists in organizing patient care activities.
