Job summary

AdventHealth in Rome, GA is seeking a part-time RN to provide compassionate nursing care during night shifts. You will assess patients, implement plans, document progress, and collaborate with families and healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective treatment.

The role requires an Associate's degree in Nursing, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and formulates expected outcomes based on diagnoses, ensuring they are realistic, attainable, and culturally appropriate.
• Develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare providers, ensuring continuity and documentation.
• Implements interventions from the plan of care safely, timely, and appropriately, documenting actions taken.
• Evaluates patient progress towards outcomes, revising diagnoses, outcomes, and plans of care as needed.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff, maintaining professional relationships and promoting a positive environment.
