AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. The RN will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, educate families, and coordinate care with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements include RN licensure and BLS, with an Associate's degree in Nursing as required and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Formación

• Registered Nurse (RN) credential required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physical, psychological, developmental, sociocultural and spiritual factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
• Evaluate care plan effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication.
• Supervise and delegate care among team members.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and performance improvement.
• Respond to code situations to stabilize patients.
