Job summary

RN licensure required

Responsibilities

Collaborates and demonstrates teamwork in managing patient flow and admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Performs initial patient assessments within expected timeframes and identifies patient/family teaching and discharge needs.
Ensures safe handoff communications and accurate documentation per regulatory standards and uses EPIC for charting.
