OhioHealth is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Med Surg Ortho unit at Grove City Methodist Hospital. This part-time night position provides general nursing care across the continuum, with responsibilities for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within a High Reliability Organization framework.

The RN must be licensed in Ohio (or in a multi-state compact), hold BLS, and BSN is preferred after five years of employment.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification
• BSN required after 5 years of employment

Responsabilidades

• Assess and monitor patient health status and needs.
• Plan and implement nursing care with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and revise care plans as needed.
• Promote safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations.
