Job summary

Banner Health in Greeley, Colorado, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Oncology Telemetry unit. This full-time night-position involves assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care with self-scheduling and weekend/night differential opportunities.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, document results, and educate patients and families throughout hospitalization.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational and discharge needs.
• Formulate and revise plan of care in collaboration with the patient and multidisciplinary team.
• Provide and coordinate direct patient care with adherence to policies and standards.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and patient responses accurately.
• Assist with self-scheduling and participate in night shift requirements as needed.
• Contribute to patient and family education and transition planning.
