RWJBarnabas Health is hiring an RN for the RWJUH Hamilton Hospital Surgical Unit-I. The role requires NJ RN licensure, an ASN or nursing diploma, BLS and ACLS, with a requirement to pursue a BSN within 5 years. The position is night-shift, 24 hours per week, with weekends and holidays rotation.

The RN will deliver safe patient care, administer medications, and document care according to unit policies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in a busy oncology-surgical setting.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN license is required.
• ASN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN to be completed within 5 years of hire.
• BLS and ACLS required; strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
