Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• At least 1 year of acute care RN experience required.
• National Board Certification and ACLS Certification preferred.
• Comfort with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications and treatments.
• Serve as a clinical partner to physicians.
• Educate patients and families clearly and compassionately.
• Ensure accurate documentation within the electronic medical record.
