Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts in a fast-paced general medical-surgical setting. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and educate patients and families to support recovery.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compassionate care with a focus on quality outcomes and continuous learning within a STEMI/STROKE certified facility.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of starting.
• Grad of an Accredited Nursing Program.

Responsabilités

• Perform detailed clinical assessments and create/evaluate care plans.
• Educate patients, families, and staff to improve outcomes.
• Prioritize patient needs and coordinate with the healthcare team.
• Maintain thorough documentation in EMR and comply with policies.
• Support patient and family through health journeys and discharge planning.
