Medical City Dallas seeks a qualified Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7:00pm–7:00am) with rotating weekends. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team, following established nursing models and standards of practice to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing.
• Associate's Degree ok to start; Bachelor's required within 24 months.
• Current TX RN license or compact license.
• Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• 1 year acute care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition on admission and during shifts.
• Perform procedures, monitor, document care, and administer medications with timely notes.
• Provide prompt response to patient requests and proactively anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up measures.
