Medical City Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift 7:00pm–7:00am with rotating weekends. You will deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.

As an RN, you will assess, monitor, educate, and advocate for patients and families, ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes in line with hospital standards. We offer mentorship, clinical education, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing.
• Associate's Degree acceptable to start; Bachelor's required within 24 months of hire.
• Current TX RN license or compact license.
• Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• 1 year acute care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the patient's condition on admission and during each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor response, and document care in the medical record.
• Provide compassionate care by promptly addressing patient requests and anticipating needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up.

Acute care knowledge

Formação académica
