Job summary

Mercy Hospital South is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg General Surgery 3W. Night shift, full-time, 36 hours per week, located at 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128. Sign-on bonuses of $10,000 for new grads and $20,000 for 1+ year RNs are offered.

Requires Missouri RN license or compact licensure and BLS; BSN preferred. Prior hospital experience is a plus. Mercy provides extensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with ADN, Nursing Diploma, or BSN.
• Must hold and maintain Missouri RN license or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Previous hospital experience is preferred and may be required depending on the unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care following the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
