Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg General Surgery 3W. This full-time night shift (7:00pm–7:00am) offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new grads or $20,000 for RNs with 1+ year of experience. Location: 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128.

Education: Grad of an accredited nursing program; MO RN license (or compact). BLS is required. Prior hospital experience preferred. Mercy supports benefits, growth, and compassionate care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in MO or compact license.
• BLS certification required or completed within 30 days of hire.
• Hospital experience preferred depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while protecting patient rights.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
