St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a float position between the Emergency Department and Med Surg units at the Grant hospital location in Williamstown, KY.

You will cover night shifts, 7:00 pm–7:00 am, full-time, 36 hours weekly, providing evidence-based care using nursing processes. The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current compact license in the primary state.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing.
• Compact license in primary state preferred.
• Experience in med-surg or ED preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing process and clinical standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and unlicensed staff.
