St. Elizabeth Healthcare is actively hiring a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg Urology unit in Edgewood, Kentucky. The night shift runs from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, full-time, at 30 hours weekly.

The RN will provide evidence-based care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, safety, and adherence to licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• If eligible, must have a Compact (multi-state) License in their primary state of residence.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is being performed.
• Meets contact hour requirements for licensure, including state-required courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based clinical care to designated patients using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to other licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in all encounters.

Education
