Qualifications

• Experience in direct patient care and nursing assessment.
• Current BLS certification and active RN license in Ohio.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and revises plans with the team (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to improve quality, safety, and efficiency (10%).
• Operations (10%).
