Ascension Franklin Med Surg is seeking a dedicated registered nurse for night shift, full-time. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care and act as a central care coordinator within the team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date or transfer date required.
• RN credential from Wisconsin Board of Nursing prior to hire date or transfer date required. Licensure from Wisconsin Board or current multi-state/Compact State.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care aligned with safety standards and clinical excellence.
• Advocate for patients by monitoring progress and communicating vital updates to the care team for timely interventions.
• Coordinate care by serving as the central link between physicians, specialists, and support staff.
• Lead discharge planning to ensure patients and families have resources for recovery at home.
