Job summary

Ascension in Mequon, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg department, night shift. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, monitor patients, and alert the care team to changes in health status.

You will coordinate with specialists to ensure a seamless, holistic treatment experience for each patient. You will translate physician orders into actionable care plans, support discharge needs early, and help ensure a safe return home while upholding the highest safety

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 1 month of hire or transfer date.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing prior to hire.

Responsibilities
