Qualifications

• Active California RN license (unencumbered).

• BLS certification (AHA).
• English communication skills required.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Acute Medical-Surgical unit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Document accurately in the clinical information system.
• Address physical and emotional patient needs and communicate care plans.
