Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process and practice standards to guide patient care management.
• Assess patient conditions, identify early signs of complications, and respond effectively.
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
• Apply knowledge of the clinical information system to accurate patient documentation.
• Prioritize holistic care that addresses patients’ physical and emotional needs.
• Carry out the nursing process, coordinate interdisciplinary care planning, and document according to standards.
