Qualifications

• Current, active CA LVN license.
• At least 1 year in sub-acute/long-term care or similar.
• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• AHA BLS certification on file.
• IV certification within 12 months of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Bilingual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope.
• Assist with examinations, procedures, and interventions.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Document treatments and patient responses in system.
• Assist with ADLs and provide compassionate care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and HIPAA compliance.
• Accurately obtain and record vital signs and observations.
