Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from NLNAC/CCNE-accredited program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from NLNAC/CCNE-accredited program; preferred.
• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) from NLNAC/CCNE-accredited program; preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts individualized patient assessments and prioritizes data collection with the healthcare team.
• Administers medications and therapies as ordered by providers.
• Performs therapeutic nursing interventions with culturally competent care.
• Provides patient and family education tailored to needs.
• Documents patient status and response to interventions.
• Initiates emergency resuscitation per ACLS/ALS protocols.
