Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized patient assessments and prioritize data collection with the healthcare team.
• Monitor and document patient condition and responses to nursing interventions.
• Perform medications administration accurately per order and policy.
• Deliver therapeutic nursing care with appropriate age and cultural considerations.
• Observe, interpret and communicate patient symptoms during SBAR handoffs.
