Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Massachusetts is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team of professionals. We offer a $3,500 sign-on bonus for 11pm–7am full-time hires and opportunities to grow within a privately owned healthcare leader with over 200 locations.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, the RN delivers quality care, assesses patient needs, revises care plans, and provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, in compliance with Life Care standards and state laws.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or higher required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required; 1 year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients in accordance with Life Care standards.
• Evaluate patient needs and revise care plans based on changes in condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs and collaborate on an interdisciplinary team.
