Job summary

The incumbent will educate residents and families, advocate for residents, and support the facility's mission. Shift is 6:00pm–6:00am with weekend/holiday rotation and a pay rate starting at $30.56 per hour with a weekend differential.

Qualifications

• ADN is required.
• BLS or CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess pain levels and adjust care as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Assess residents on admission and with changes in condition.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the team.
• Document changes and actions accurately in the chart.
• Teach residents and families about care plans and safety.
