Sarah Bush Lincoln is seeking a registered nurse to oversee nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing setting, ensuring continuity between shifts and supervising CNAs, LPNs, and support staff. You will participate in resident and family education and maintain advocacy aligned with the facility's mission.

The role runs 6:00pm–6:00am with weekend and holiday rotations, with pay starting at $30.56 per hour plus shift differentials.

Qualifikationen

• ADN required.
• BLS or CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• RN license in Illinois (as per regulatory requirement)

Aufgaben

• Assess and reassess pain using appropriate pain management techniques and educate residents and family.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and protocols.
• Assess residents on admission and periodically, document changes including MDS.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the care team.
• Document thoroughly and accurately, updating changes in condition.
• Lead and support staff to improve unit workflow and quality of care.
• Provide education and feedback to team members and communicate changes to physicians.
