Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time night shift position at Lafayette, LA, serving high-acuity LTAC patients. You will provide direct nursing care, collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, and monitor patient progress in a fast-paced ICU/LTAC setting.

Qualifying RNs hold an active LA license (or compact state), BLS and ACLS, with 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in Louisiana or compact state.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
