NHC HealthCare Dickson is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs for weekday night shifts 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. The position offers pay ranging from $28 to $42 per hour based on license and experience, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full‑time staff.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Tennessee.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Long‑term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Assess patient needs and monitor for changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Complete required nursing documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians and care team.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Provide direction to nursing assistants and staff as appropriate.
• Follow infection control, safety, regulatory, and NHC policies.
