Job summary

Good Samaritan Pipestone, MN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join a not-for-profit organization with a century-long commitment to quality care in a Christian environment. The RN will provide individualized nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and coordinate resident care from assessment to evaluation across all phases of care.

Shifts are 12 hours at night, with 24 weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state where practicing (or multi-state license if applicable).
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and other professionals to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care and resident education across shifts and settings.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
