Job summary

Good Samaritan in Pine River, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shift coverage, 6pm to 6am, Friday through Sunday, with 36 hours per week. A generous $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance are offered.

The RN provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process, collaborates with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team, and coordinates care, assessment and education across shifts. New graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multi-state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education across shifts.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise staff as appropriate.
