Job summary

Good Samaritan Pipestone is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care across all stages of resident health. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring compassionate, quality services in a not-for-profit setting.

The role may include charge nurse duties and requires an active RN license; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA) preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the state; multistate licensure compatible if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all stages of resident care.
• Coordinate and communicate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff while ensuring safe, high-quality care.
