Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living – The Arbors at Shelburne in Shelburne, VT is hiring part-time LNA/Experienced Caregivers for evening shift (2pm–10pm). Up to $24/hr. You will deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a warm, home-like environment, supporting activities of daily living, documenting care, and engaging residents with meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Valid VT LNA license preferred but not required.
• Prior caregiving experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting preferred.
• Experience with dementia care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes to staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Using customer service skills to ensure residents receive high-quality care.
• Other duties as needed.
