Job summary

Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, INC. (FCCBH) seeks Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our medical team in Utah. We have one part-time/PRN and one full-time (36 hours) position for overnight shifts at our Receiving Center.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team coordinating care, performing nursing assessments, vitals, blood draws, and medication management. Starting pay is $31.93/hr for RN and $27.55/hr for LPN, with a $2.00/hr weekend

Qualifications

• Utah licensure required or eligible.
• Overnight shift availability.
• Evidence-based nursing care in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical health screenings and nursing assessments.
• Take vitals and draw blood as part of routine care.
• Coordinate care with medical and mental health staff.
• Manage medications and monitor responses.
