Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, Inc. seeks a licensed nurse for a part-time position in our Medically Assisted Treatment program, Operation Recovery in Price, Utah. You must hold a Utah LPN or RN license.

The role runs mornings from about 5:30 am to 11:00 am with some scheduling flexibility and rotating weekends. The nurse will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering a wide range of services, including med administration, vitals, and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Utah LPN or RN license.
• Part-time availability mornings (5:30 am–11:00 am) with rotating weekends.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to patients.
• Deliver medications to partner sites.
• Perform vitals, medical assessments and blood draws.
• Coordinate care with medical and mental health staff.
