Job summary

Job description

Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, Inc. needs a LPN or RN 30 to 40 hours per week (based on applicants preference) to provide outpatient behavioral health nursing services at our clinic in Moab, Utah. This position works with a team of clinical professionals to provide medication management services and support for psychiatrists as they provide tele-health services. 30 - 40 hours per week with an excellent benefits package. Salary depends on experience and licensure. At least $27.55/hr with LPN, or at least $31.93/hr as an RN. We are also offering an additional $3.00 per hour housing stipend.
